"Brian helped me with everything I needed to know to do my first ever triathlon! His knowledge and training tips were fantastic and made me feel really confident leading up to the race. Even though I was really nervous on the day, Brian was alongside me the whole way, and I was thrilled to complete my first ever triathlon. He helped with tips about my swimming, cycling and running, and importantly gave me great advice about transitions.
The sense of achievement was fantastic, and the bonus – I was super fit along the way.
Thanks Brian !"
